Clarity over theater
Make the problem and tradeoffs legible. Momentum built on confusion is borrowed time.
About Rev
I’m a seasoned product and technology leader, educator, builder, and community organizer based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The throughline
I have spent more than two decades learning how technology, institutions, incentives, and people interact—then using that understanding to build products and programs that work in the real world.
My career crosses early SaaS, e-commerce, advertising platforms, healthcare systems, security education, manufacturing, community projects, and applied AI. That range is not a collection of detours. It is the reason I can enter an unfamiliar system, find the leverage, and help technical and non-technical people see the same problem.
Today my focus is healthcare AI and knowledge systems: products that make complex information more accessible without pretending uncertainty has disappeared. I’m especially interested in interoperability, responsible automation, mental-health technology, and the infrastructure required to make AI useful inside real organizations.
What I value
Make the problem and tradeoffs legible. Momentum built on confusion is borrowed time.
Safety, privacy, accessibility, and honest communication belong in product decisions from the beginning.
Rigorous technology can still feel humane. Experience design is how the system reveals what it values.
The best teams understand the why, challenge the plan, and can explain the decision after the meeting ends.
A wider life
I DJ, facilitate gatherings, teach, make chocolate, and help build spaces where people can be curious together. These aren’t a side brand; they’re practices in attention, sequencing, hospitality, and collective experience.
I also speak and facilitate conversations on healthcare AI, responsible technology, product leadership, and—where relevant—psychedelic health education.
